After studying management engineering at Solvay and law at ULB, Ionathan Ventura became a member of the French Bar Association of the Brussels Bar in 2014. He also holds a master's degree specialising in employment law.
He practised with a number of Anglo-Saxon law firms, where he developed in-depth expertise in employment law. Drawing on this experience, he set up his own practice, dedicated to assisting both employees and employers in complex disputes relating to the termination of employment relationships.
In 2025, Ionathan Ventura joined Bochon & Partners to strengthen the employment law department.
The number of legal proceedings in which he has been involved has enabled him to acquire a real mastery of debates before the Belgian courts, which he approaches with an assertive combativeness and, where necessary, strategic aggressiveness in order to defend his clients' interests to the best of his ability. He is also keen to negotiate when this offers a more favourable outcome.
Passionate about sport, Ionathan Ventura draws energy and determination from it, which he transfers to his professional practice. Attached to his roots, he also has a keen interest in Turkey.
