Robert Unusyan has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2016. After studying law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he worked for 8 years in several international business law firms.
Robert has extensive experience in employment law. He has regularly assisted clients with individual and collective redundancies, social inspections, transfers of undertakings, drafting and negotiating employment and management contracts, industrial accidents, discrimination and harassment cases, etc. He represents multinational companies as well as SMEs and private individuals. He is a member of the Association des juristes praticiens du droit social.
Robert also has a particular interest in data protection law. He has contributed to several scientific works exploring the application of data protection rules in employment relationships. He has assisted clients in disputes before the Data Protection Authority.
Robert also has expertise in civil liability law (professional liability, medical liability, traffic accidents, etc.) and contract law in general.
He practices both advisory and litigation law and regularly appears before the Belgian courts.
Robert practises in French and English and has a good knowledge of Dutch and Armenian.
