Our practice
Our firm acts in arbitration proceedings.
We assist and represent claimants and defendants as legal advisors throughout the process, from the selection of arbitrators, through the initial procedural stages of an arbitration, to the merits of the case, including hearings, and on to the final award.
We also act as arbitrators in domestic and international proceedings, using our specific experience to ensure that the final award correctly reflects not only the legal but also the factual elements of a dispute. Our knowledge of the role of arbitrator also helps us to choose the right strategy for arbitration proceedings when we act as legal advisers.
Some of our lawyers have undergone specific training in arbitration and are also recognised experts, for example in construction arbitration.
We can handle disputes submitted to arbitration at various international arbitration institutions, including those that apply both common law and civil law arbitration rules.
