Intellectual property, IT, data and AI

Our firm operates at the crossroads of creation, technology and digital regulation.

Our practice

Our firm operates at the crossroads of creation, technology and digital regulation.

We assist authors, artists, software developers, inventors and businesses in protecting their intellectual property rights: copyright, trademarks, patents, designs and plant varieties. Our approach combines legal rigour with a sense of strategy, both in advice and in litigation.

We also act in the broader field of information technology (IT), from IT contracts to software compliance and technical disputes.

Our data law practice covers privacy protection, non-personal data management, cybersecurity and international data transfers. Several of our lawyers are also certified as Data Protection Officers.

Finally, over the last few years we have developed cross-disciplinary expertise in artificial intelligence, supporting our clients in emerging regulatory frameworks as well as ethical and contractual issues. Our expertise is also recognised through our regular involvement in academic and European cenacles on issues relating to artificial intelligence. Our firm is now one of the few human-sized firms to have advanced expertise in the European regulation on artificial intelligence.

We deal with issues relating to data and artificial intelligence, drawing on our practice where necessary". Labour law and social security  ".
